It is a prime property in the old-town center and overlooks the North Beach (Praia do Norte or Praia do Algodio). Ideal for 2 befriended families, who want to spend holidays together and still enjoy some privacy. The 2 houses are connected by a communicating terrace door, but else are separate yet neighbouring units. Modernly equipped, you won't miss anything during your holidays. Enjoy the first line above the Ocean - you cannot get any closer to the beach in the center of Ericeira. Restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, etc. are within a short walk. Into the historic center where you find more restaurants, bars and nightclubs it will take a 10 minute walk.

Both houses have a ground floor with ample terraces and a 1st floor. Falesia I has one bedroom and bathroom in the ground-floor, the second floor has an open space kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed for a 3rd person and a nice balcony with outside furniture. From the balcony a stair leads down to the terrace, which has sun beds and an outdoor shower. Falesia II has an open-space kitchen and living-room, one bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower in the ground-floor. The second floor has one further bedroom with a balcony and outdoor furniture.
