The apartment, located in the center of Ericeira offers a great view over the roofs of the historical center and the Atlantic ocean. Just a couple of minutes away from the North-Beach (Praia do Norte) it's a central location, which makes it close not only to the beach, but also to bars, restaurants and grocery stores.

Occupying the 2nd floor of a 3-story house, this apartment offers a double room a further bedroom with 2 single beds. There is an open space kitchen and dining area, also connecting to the ocean view balcony, where you find a barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunsets. The view and closeness to the beach is the biggest plus of this apartment where you'll get used to hear the constant sound of waves pounding the shore. Not pretending to be luxurious, the apartment offers a comfortable space with all needed for a relaxing holiday. Some parts of the decoration are vintage with original elements from the early 70ies. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a bathroom with overhead shower. Towels and bed linen are supplied. The bedrooms face Ericeira's main road. The windows were renewed in 2018 and are double-glazed. Light sleepers may even so hear some noise. In case you are allergic to birds, please note that the neighbor has an enclosed pigeon loft, visible from the flat, which especially children love to watch.
