A prime location in Ericeira! The refurbished 1st floor apartment, part of a family building, offers unique oceanfront accommodation in the historical center of Ericeira. A large kitchen with dining table and the living room have excellent sea view. The apartment is close to food stores, the municipality market, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, clubs and several beaches, all within short walking distance.

The beautifully decorated apartment has three nicely sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with a couple of single beds each. The open space kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. From both, the living room and the open space kitchen you enjoy a first row sea view. The hallway leads to 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. Sunset barbecues at the oceanfront balcony top up this gorgeous home. Parking: you can stop the car right at entrance of the building to unload, but the street is marked with a yellow line, which means "no parking" zone. After unloading you'll find a parking in the neighboring streets. Don't park in front of garages or where there is a yellow line or a no-parking sign. Parking is free in Ericeira, except at the Municipal Market square.

"Wir ( 2Erw.,2K.) hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Alles(Strand, Restaurant,Supermarkt....)in unmittelbarer Nähe.Essen mit Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang,rundherum gelungen!!!! "
