This refurbished country house with it's private garden and swimming pool is idyllically located in a small village on the top of a hill overlooking and within a 10 minutes drive from the best surf beach in Ericeira, a surfer's paradise.

Just 9km outside the town's busy center, you'll find this idyllic country house in a small and quiet village on the top of a mountain overlooking the World Surfing Reserve beaches of Ericeira. This country style holiday home has a predominant use of rustic wooden elements. It's furnished simple and functional, not pretending to be luxury at all but overall makes for a very cozy feeling. The property has its own private car park, for several vehicles, a large community kitchen completely equipped with 2 fridges, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine to manage a larger group of guests. A barbecue area with outdoor seating and a private swimming pool with plenty of deck chairs top up this secluded and quiet holiday home. The house consists of 2 wings, the larger one including hall, the community kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located in the ground floor and a further bedroom with a private bathroom in the attic. One extra bed in the attic and one in the hall can be placed. The smaller wing is physically separated from the main house, connected through the barbecue area. This is nice as it gives some extra privacy, in case you pretend the property for 2 families. Here you find 2 further bedrooms, one bathroom and a sofa bed for one/two further extra guests.
