The luxury pool-level ground floor studio is part of a 3 story attached oceanfront villa. While the whole villa, including the studio is available the whole year around, the studio itself can be rented exclusively during low-season, obviously with nobody occupying the remaining parts of the villa. A prime location within short walking distance to the nearest beach (Praia do Sul) and the center of Ericeira, both a short walk away. There is parking in front of the villa, but also a garage with direct access to the entrance hall.

The Arabian style luxury studio has an open space living room leading onto the bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom and a large Jacuzzi. The large living room has a seating area with a comfortable sofa, TV and WiFi for your entertainment as well as a game table. There is also a nicely stocked honesty bar, which invites for a drink whenever you feel like. From the living room, passing a small but fully equipped kitchen, you get to the terrace and pool. A truly wonderful experience for a special week for two.
