Located in the historical center of Ericeira, these former stables of an old manner house were changed in 2010 into a multi leveled loft apartment whose wooden structure, like ceiling, floors and stairways, creates a cozy atmosphere. Mini markets, restaurants, coffee shops, bars and clubs are within shortest distance, so are the beaches.

The remodeled house has one suite with a private bathroom (shower) and offers a open loft area to relax as well as a pull out sofa in the living room and one further bathroom (shower). The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. A nice patio invites for outdoor barbecues as well as to store boards and wet-suits. Free WiFi internet access and cable TV top up this apartment.

"Everything was great in this apartment. Location is perfect: 3 minutes walk from central, closest cafeteria 10 meters away and multiple surf breaks in walking distance. Apartment was in good condition. Kitchen is new and everything was really clean. When we arrived Vickel and the owner Antonio were waiting for us there. From the first minute we felt our self's very welcomed there. We will come back for sure!"

"It was a clean house with 2 decent bathrooms and bedrooms, but I think that the best thing about the place was its location, close to the old town, but not too close (also pretty close to a good beach). I also liked the "whatever you need" neighbour."

where you could improve:

"You shouldn't expect anything too fancy and if you have trouble sleeping then the walls may not be thick enough. In mid-summer the parking is also an issue, you may have to park about half a km from the house."

"Scandinavian style kitchen and furniture. Pretty decent beds - not the typical hard portugese ones. The appartment was very clean - and came with everything we needed. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine in the kitchen - and a decent Wifi router. We didnt miss anything. There's an excellent Pastelaria right outside the front door - they serve the best breakfast in town at a really nice price. 3 minute walk to the beach - 5 minutes to the shops. The location is perfect - and you dont need a car to get around. We loved it. "

where you could improve:

"The outside area could need a touch up. The furniture in the back yard was a bit old - but hey.... nothing to complain about. Maybe a bigger flatscreen TV in the living room - but again... you dont go there to sit inside and watch TV. "
